We analyse your floor plan from an architectural point of view, bringing to light both the strengths and the weaknesses of the layout and furnishing, and conclude with professional advice to optimise the existing situation.

The analysis comes as a personalised video on your plan, where we cover:

1. Layout functionality:

  • Access and circulation – find out whether circulation flows feel natural or whether there are bottlenecks
  • See whether the relationship between spaces (day/night, public/private, service/living) is right.

2. Proportions and usable space:

  • We check whether rooms are sized correctly for their purpose (no wasted square metres, but not cramped either)
  • Room ratios – find out whether any rooms are disproportionately large or small for their function

3. Furnishing and ergonomics:

  • Does the furniture fit? Is there real circulation space around the bed? Can the wardrobe door open fully? Is there room to pass by the dining table? Etc.

3. An overview of the design process and estimated costs, based on the current situation and the desired result.

If you decide to work with us on a full interior design project, the cost of this consulting session will be deducted from the total project price.
