JOYFUL STUDIO

This interior design project focuses on a small studio that we tailored for two teenage twin brothers, as a lively and inviting space, where both can live comfortably. Our goal was to optimize every square meter, creating a practical design that meets all their needs.

We redesigned the initial layout to create distinct yet integrated living, cooking and sleeping areas. Utilizing smart solutions, such as thoughtfully custom-made furniture and integrated storage, we ensured the studio remained uncluttered and efficient. Before our intervention, the kitchen was part of the actual living room area, making the space feel cramped and uneasy to use for both functions at the same time.

The placement of the kitchen was reconsidered as an independent zone, allowing for easy movement and access. Although having a small footprint, we managed to create a fully equipped kitchen, while maximizing counter space for both cooking and socializing.

We combined wood textures with masculine tones of dark grey and vibrant pops of lime hues to energize the space. 

Our aim with this project was to create a fresh and dynamic space where the young brothers can make the best out of their time spent at home, fostering their favourite hobbies: playing the guitar and hosting board game nights with their friends.
