We envisioned a project crafted to reflect the balance between form and function, merged in a contemporary look. Our aim was to create private yet accessible spaces, allowing occupants to experience both comfort and connection to the outdoors.
The design combines clean lines, modern materials and strategic lighting, emphasizing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The building has four different apartments, one of them being a two-storey flat. We also provided underground parking and storage spaces for each unit. With a low-rise profile, the dwelling offers a boutique residential experience that fosters intimacy and a sense of exclusivity for its occupants.

During the day, the building’s architecture evokes simplicity and openness with a front perspective that underlines its streamlined geometry.
At night, exterior lights are subtly integrated to emphasize the architectural silhouette and the surrounding vegetation.
This project stands as a redefining concept of contemporary living, integrating a sense of peace and harmony in a big, crowded city.
