Being inspired by the original brick walls that were revealed to us during the renovation, we envisioned a modern aesthetic with industrial accents. These architectural features were emphasized through carefully designed ambient lighting, adding warmth and depth to the space.

Being inspired by the original brick walls that were revealed to us during the renovation, we envisioned a modern aesthetic with industrial accents. These architectural features were emphasized through carefully designed ambient lighting, adding warmth and depth to the space.
The industrial concept is also highlighted by the metal accents and bold lighting fixtures, creating a balanced contrast between rugged and refined, a blend of modern design and vintage charm.
Going through the pile of old items from the apartment, we found a beautiful vintage piece, a wooden dresser that we managed to bring back to life and integrate into the new design, as a touch of character.
Remarkably, the apartment was rented within less than one hour of being listed, a testimony of successfully reaching our design goal of creating a space that resonated with potential tenants.
