If the customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe using the contact details provided during the order process, Fabritektura will consider the order canceled and notify the customer by email, refunding the full amount paid.
Fabritektura is not obligated to sell any service at an incorrect lower price (even if a confirmation was sent) if the price error is obvious, unmistakable, and could reasonably have been recognized as such.

If an international element is introduced into the transaction based on the Service Provision Contract, the contracting parties agree that their relationship will be governed by Romanian law. The consumer’s rights derived from applicable general legislation will remain unchanged.
