Being a “one-stop design shop”, we also handle all the bureaucratic tasks required to obtain a building permit and other authorisations, covering file preparation, submissions and document retrieval from institutions.
Analyzing your needs and wishes and drafting sketches that enhance them into a customised architectural concept.
By the end of this phase, the building exterior will be fully designed, the interior layout completed, the dimensions of all spaces finalized and most materials selected.
The complete documentation and all the additional information required for the building permit are submitted to the city jurisdiction for approval.
The detailed drawings, bill of quantities and all additional information necessary to communicate the design are sent to general contractors in order to build the project.
During this phase, we visit the construction site at regular intervals to answer questions from the builder and proactively address potential issues.
